Method
Combine broccoli, celery and water in a small stockpot. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender about 5-6 minutes.
Whisk together flour, milk, chicken base and Signature® Salt-Free Garden Seasoning in a bowl. Add to vegetable mixture and stir until blended. Stir occasionally and bring to a boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat and add ham and cheese, stirring until cheese has melted.
