1 lb ham steak, 1/2-inch thick1-2 Tbsp butter or margarine1-2 Tbsp honey2 Washington peaches, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch thick
Saute ham in butter until browned around edges; turn once or twice for even cooking. Drizzle honey over ham and cook until bubbly and browned. Remove ham to platter and keep warm.
