Hash Brown Potato Bake

Hash Brown Potato Bake
A rich and creamy mixture of comfort food favorites topped with a crisp, toasted rice cereal crust for a delicious dish or brunch offering.

Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs Lamb's IQF Hashbrowns
1 medium size onion, chopped
1/2 lb bacon, diced, cooked
10-3/4 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 cups sour cream
6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups rice toasted cereal
4 Tbsp butter, melted

Method
Arrange thawed IQF Hash Browns in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Mix in onion and bacon. Combine soup and sour cream. Pour over top of potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
 
Combine cereal and butter. Sprinkle over top of cheese. Bake at 325 degrees F for 38-40 minutes or until heated through.
