Ingredients
1 12-inch pizza crust
1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
1 cup pizza sauce
1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 cup Canadian bacon, cut into quarters
2 Tbsp red bell pepper strips
Method
Brush pizza crust with olive oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese and pineapple. Arrange Canadian bacon and red pepper strips over pineapple. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
