Heavenly Nachos
A great starter for any Cinco de Mayo menu, but will work on regular menus anytime of the year. Increase profits with nachos as a late night feature.

Ingredients
2 lbs Mission Pre-Cut Unfried Tortilla Chips
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced olives
1 cup sliced jalapenos
1 cup diced tomatoes
Method
Cook chips in hot oil at 375 degrees F for 45 seconds. Remove from oil, drain, arrange chips on a microwave safe plate and add salt to taste. Add cheddar cheese and place in microwave on high for 30 seconds or until cheese melts. Remove from microwave and serve. Allow guests to add remaining ingredients.
