	Ingredients 2 cups (1 lb, 8 oz) honey 2 cups (1 lb) butter 1 tsp salt

Method

Beat together honey and remaining ingredients; chill slightly.

Serve in ramekins or portion into 1 tablespoon servings on a parchment lined sheet pan. Chill.
