Honey Dijon Corned Beef

Honey Dijon Corned Beef

Ingredients
12 lbs corned beef
1-1/4 cups honey dijon mustard
1/4 cup steak seasoning
4 tsp molasses

Method
Place meat in a shallow roasting pan. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Spread on top of corned beef brisket. Add a small amount of water to pan to prevent burning.
 
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F until heated through. To serve, slice meat across the grain in thin slices and plate with roasted vegetables.
