Method
Mix chicken with 1 cup sauce; reserve.
Per Pizza:
Brush 1 pizza dough shell with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Spread 3/4 cup sauce over pizza. Scatter 1 cup chicken over sauce. Bake at 500 degrees F until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle pizza with 3/4 cup cheese, then 1/2 cup celery. Sprinkle with parsley. Cut pizza into 6 wedges.
