Honey Hot Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Honey-Hot Buffalo-Chicken Pizza

Serves: 4 (12-inch) round pizzas

Ingredients

Spicy Honey Pizza Sauce
1 lb, 8 oz (about 4 cups) diced or shredded chicken
4 unbaked thin pizza dough shell, 12 inches in diameter (12 oz each)
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
12 oz (2-1/4 cups) blue cheese, finely crumbled (3/4 cup)
8 oz (2 cups) finely diced celery
Chopped parsley, as needed

Method

Mix chicken with 1 cup sauce; reserve.

Per Pizza:
Brush 1 pizza dough shell with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Spread 3/4 cup sauce over pizza. Scatter 1 cup chicken over sauce. Bake at 500 degrees F until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle pizza with 3/4 cup cheese, then 1/2 cup celery. Sprinkle with parsley. Cut pizza into 6 wedges.
