1 can (16 oz) solid pack pumpkin1 cup evaporated low-fat milk3/4 cup honey3 eggs, slightly beaten2 Tbsp all-purpose flour1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp rum extractPastry for single 9-inch pie crust
