Honey of a Corn Bread

Honey of a Corn Bread

Ingredients
7-3/4 cups flour
6 cups corn meal
1/3 cup baking powder
2 Tbsp salt
8 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 qts milk
2/3 cup honey
1 cup + 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted & cooled

Method

Combine dry ingredients in bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients. Mix on low speed until ingredients are just combined. Do not over mix.

Spread batter into a greased 18" x 26 x 1" sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cut into 60 3" x 2 x 1/2" pieces. Serve with honey butter.
