Hot Dog and Potatoes Italiano

	Ingredients 16 oz hot dogs 2 cups onion, coarsely chopped 2 cups green pepper, coarsely chopped 8 oz mushrooms, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 32 oz tomato sauce 1 tsp sugar 2 tsp dried crushed basil 1-1/2 tsp dried crushed oregano 8 (6 oz) baked potatoes 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, optional

Method
Slice hot dogs into 1/4-inch pieces; place in sauce pan. Add other ingredients except potatoes and cheese. Stirring frequently, cook over moderate heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until green pepper is crisp-tender. Place hot, baked potatoes on serving plates. Make slit in tops of each; press to open. Spoon filling onto potatoes. Garnish with cheese if desired.
