Hot Garlic-Roasted Potatoes

Method
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Toss potatoes with garlic, oil, Tabasco Sauce and salt and pepper to taste in large roasting pan. Roast in center of oven for 15 minutes. Remove and stir to expose uncooked potato. Return to oven and continue to roast an additional 15 minutes or until tender when pierced with fork.
