Method
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Reserve half of the bread center and cube. Toss with oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning then toast in oven until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes. Remove and cool.
Rinse shrimp to thaw and drain well. Combine shrimp with mayonnaise, diced tomatoes, julienne lettuce, and croutons. To serve, generously fill a bread bowl with shrimp Caesar salad. Serve on plates of dressed greens accompanied by the top of the bread bowl.
