Ice Shrimp Platina Pizza

Ice Shrimp Platina Pizza

Serves: 4

Ingredients
4 individual Platina crusts (Italian flatbreads)
2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
1 red onion, cut into thin strips
2 red peppers, cut into thin strips
7 Tbsp fresh herbs, chopped (basil or thyme or oregano are best)
1 lb Ice Shrimp, thawed
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
Spread diced tomato evenly over Platina crusts. Arrange onions and peppers in a spiral patter over crust. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
 
Top each pizza with equal amounts of Ice Shrimp, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
 
Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted, and crust has browned slightly.
 
Other optional pizza ingredients, such as mushrooms, may be added as desired and Platina crusts may be brushed with olive oil for additional browning and a crisper crust.
