Let ice cream sit at room temperature until very soft. Break up peanut brittle into very small pieces.

 

Mix ice cream and peanut brittle in a bowl until well blended. Pack the ice cream mixture into an airtight container and place in freezer. Ice cream is ready when it's frozen hard.
