Method
Fill coffee cups with boiling water and let stand 1 minute to warm cups. Discard water and replace with coffee. Stir 1 Tbsp brown sugar into each cup until dissolved. Add 1 Tbsp whiskey, do not stir, and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
Variations: Substitute Irish Mist for whiskey and drizzle Cream de Menthe over whipped cream instead of cinnamon.
