Method
Dice celery, onions, and jalapenos.
Cut American cheese into cubes.
In large saucepan, combine chicken broth, celery, onions, and seasonings. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes, or until the mixture reduces and is slightly thickened.
In blender or food processor place broth mixture and cheese. Purée until smooth. Return mixture to saucepan, simmer additional 5 minutes. Add diced peppers and mix well.
