Cut the coconut in 2 halves and pry away the meat from the shell. Set the shell aside. 

 

Make a purée of the meat, the coffee and the cream. Sift the mixture and pour it in the coconuts shells. Add the ice cubes. 

 

Decorate with coffee beans and flowers and serve with a straw.
