ChocolateFresh fruit, sorbet or ice cream
Turn a glass or metal bowl upside down and cover with aluminum foil.
Melt chocolate of choice in a double boiler until melted. Spoon chocolate glaze into zipper-style plastic bag. Zip closed. Using scissors, snip off small corner from bottom of bag to create an opening from which to drizzle chocolate.
Drizzle chocolate over aluminum foil-covered bowl, creating a lacy pattern.
Place chocolate-covered bowl, open side down, on cookie sheet and refrigerate several hours or overnight until chocolate is hard.
When chocolate has hardened, take out glass bowl. Then carefully remove aluminum foil from chocolate by peeling away from the chocolate and gathering toward the center.
Keep Chocolate Lace Bowl in refrigerator until ready to use. Fill with fresh fruit, sorbet or ice cream.
