Method
Cook turkey in preheated 325 degrees F oven for approximately 2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
Meanwhile, combine all ingredients.
Remove turkey from oven, peel foil back and baste turkey with sauce. Return to oven. Continue to baste with sauce every 15 minutes for approximately 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer registers 165 degrees F.
Remove turkey from oven. Baste with remainder of mixture and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Carve slices and plate with a garnish with a blend of basil, lemon thyme and lemon peel and/or grated lemon, and a small bunch of grapes or cranberries.
