Method
Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and return to pan.
Combine cream and egg yolks in a bowl. Beat well. Add next 3 ingredients. Slowly stir egg mixture into linguine, mixing well. Add half the Parmesan cheese. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring gently. Serve with remaining Parmesan cheese.
