Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3-1/2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp, 1 tsp red wine vinegar
1-1/4 tsp dry mustard
1-1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
Flank steak, trimmed and scored on both sides

Method
Combine all ingredients, except steak, in a shallow non-reactive bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight, turning once.
 
Remove steak, discarding marinade. Broil 4 inches from heat source 4-5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. Slice thinly across the grain diagonally.
