Method
With a sharp knife, cut crab legs into 2-inch long pieces. Melt butter in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and
Cajun Spice Mixture; sauté‚ 1 to 2 minutes. Add crab and remaining ingredients except rice. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil, stirring gently. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until crab is well heated.
Serve crab and sauce over rice. Garnish with chopped parsley.
