Method
To prepare sauce, reduce beer over high heat to 2 cups. Add A.1. and simmer until slightly thickened, approximately 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in horseradish.
For each sandwich, spread 2-1/2 oz of sauce on one side of 2 slices of toast. Place 2 pieces of meat loaf and 3 onion rings on bottom slice, and cover with top slice.
Variation: Serve meat loaf and sauce cold, and replace onion rings with lettuce and tomato.
