Method
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. On floured surface, roll each crust to 12 inch circle. Cut each into twelve circles using a 2-1/2 inch biscuit cutter; place in lightly greased cups of miniature muffin pans. Prick bottoms and sides with fork.
Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce oven temp to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients except ham until well blended. Spoon 1 Tbsp mixture into each pastry muffin cup; top evenly with. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove immediately from pan.
Yields: 24 servings.
