Method
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cooked ground turkey, cheese, olives, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
For each calzone: shape 4 ounces of pizza dough into a 6-inch circle. On one-half of circle, place #8 scoop filling; fold over other half and seal edges.
Brush with egg wash. Bake in preheated 450 degree F oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
