	Ingredients 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped, roasted 1/2 cup fudge topping 1 pt ice cream, vanilla, softened 6 oz chocolate chips, semi-sweet 3/4 cup milk, evaporated 1/2 cup Signature Peanut Butter 1/2 cup marshmallow cream

Method

Nutty Buddy:

Put 1 Tbsp of peanuts in bottom of 5 oz paper cup. Pour 1 Tbsp fudge topping over peanuts. Spoon in 1/4 cup of ice cream. Insert a wooden stick in center and freeze.

Fudge Topping:

Melt chocolate in small saucepan over very low heat. When chocolate is melted, stir in milk, peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Serve over ice cream or cake.
