Method
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 13" x 9" baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange frozen drumsticks in single layer in pan. Combine barbecue sauce and orange marmalade and reserve half of sauce to serve with cooked drumsticks.
Bake drumsticks for 20 minutes, drain and discard juices. Sprinkle drumsticks with salt and pepper. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Turn over drumsticks and baste with sauce. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes more or until done. Insert an instant-read thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken. Internal temperature should read 180 degrees F. Heat reserved sauce and serve with drumsticks.
