Method
Mix chocolate syrup and peanut butter into saucepan. Mix well. Add milk, 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well until all milk has been added. Place over medium heat and heat almost to boiling. Stir occasionally. Pour into mugs and top with marshmallows.
