Method
Combine egg, 3 cloves garlic, oyster sauce, cornstarch, rice wine, palm sugar, sesame oil and black pepper for marinade. Slice the meat into bite sized pieces then pour marinade over and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Prepare noodles. If they are fresh, you do not need to do anything, but dry, soak them in water for 15 or so minutes until they are soft.
Grease a skillet with the oil and then cook the meat until it is almost done. Then add in the rest of the ingredients, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
