Serve warm as a dipping sauce for shrimp or other fish and shellfish entrees.

Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp snipped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper sauce
Method
Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally, until margarine is melted.
Yields: 1/2 cup.
