Parsleyed Potatoes

Parsleyed Potatoes

Ingredients
1-1/2 gal water
5 lb small whole peeled potatoes
2 Tbsp salt
1/3 lb melted butter or margarine
2 cups chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Method
Add potatoes to boiling, salted water. Total cook time 8-12 minutes. Drain and let rest for 1 minute.
 
Drizzle butter on potatoes, add parsley and dill; roll potatoes gently to coat.
 
Yield: (21) 3 potatoes per serving.
