Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Heat syrup and sugar over medium heat only until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth. Stir in rice cereal until coated. Pour mixture in baking pan and cool 2 to 3 hours.

 

Yields: 16 squares.
