Use recipe for
Focaccia dough. Roll focaccia dough to fit a 18 x 26-inch sheet pan. Press dimples all over surface with fingertips. Brush dough with olive oil. Scatter with diced pears; sprinkle with thyme and cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees F until crust is browned and cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
Cut into 24 servings, about 4-1/2 x 4-1/2 inches each.
