Ingredients
(2) 4-lb pound boneless pork rib end roast
1 to 2 Tbsp garlic pepper
1 to 2 tsp rosemary, crushed

Method
Coat roast with seasonings mixture of garlic pepper and rosemary. Roast in a shallow pan at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hours, until meat thermometer registers 155 degrees F. Let rest 5-10 minutes before carving.
