Philadelphia Cheese Kebob Sandwich
Not a plain 'ol Phili-cheese, this one's got flavors of beef and peppers served up Northwest-style.

Ingredients
1-1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak-cut into 1" cubes
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 each green bell pepper-cut into 12 pieces
1 each red bell pepper-cut into 12 pieces
1 each medium onion-cut into 1" pieces
2 Tbsp olive oil
6 each hoagie buns-split
1/4 cup creamy mustard-mayonnaise sauce
6 slices American cheese-halved

Method
Sprinkle beef with seasoned salt and pepper. Alternately thread beef, bell peppers and onion onto six 12" to 14" metal skewers. Brush beef and vegetables with oil. Grill over medium heat until beef is of desired doneness, turning once.
 
During last 3 to 5 minutes of grilling, place buns, cut sides down, on grill. Cook until toasted. Spread with mustard-mayonnaise sauce. Top bottoms of buns with cheese.
 
To serve, place kabob over cheese in each bun; carefully remove skewer, holding bun firmly around beef and vegetables.
