Phyllo Twist

Phyllo Twist

Ingredients
4 sheets phyllo dough
4 Tbsp butter
Signature Country Trio Blend

Method
Using a cardboard paper towel center, measure out a sheet of foil that will wrap around the entire cardboard tube. Press foil firmly against tube and tuck the excess into the ends.
 
Brush foiled tube thoroughly with melted butter. Lay out 1 sheet of phyllo dough on a flat surface and brush entire surface with a light coating of melted butter. Lay another sheet on top of the first and brush with more butter. Repeat process with remaining sheets.
 
Cut buttered phyllo lengthwise into 3 equal strips and stack neatly together, then roll strips around the foiled tube in a long spiral. Place on a cooking sheet that has been covered with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees F until light golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
 
Carefully slide the tube off the baked phyllo spiral. Place large oval platter or plate and fill spiral with Signature Country Trio Blend that has been cooked and seasoned to taste. Spirals can be made in a smaller individual serving size if desired.
