Method
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix the milk and vinegar; set aside. In a large bowl, mix the whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, soda and salt. Add the milk mixture, molasses and raisins. Stir just enough to mix. The batter will be fairly stiff and sticky. Spoon into a 5 x 9-inch oil-sprayed loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Remove from the pan and place on a rack to cool.
