Rainbow Farfalle with Creamy Clam Sauce

Ingredients

8 oz white onion, chopped
4 oz garlic, minced
8 oz fresh parsley, minced
4 lbs chopped clams, no juice
4 oz white wine
4 oz olive oil
1 gal heavy whipping cream or prepared white sauce
1/2 oz ground nutmeg
1/2 oz black pepper
1/2 oz salt
8 oz grated Parmesan cheese

Method
Drizzle oil uniformly on bottom of full size baking pan. Add all other ingredients except for Parmesan and cream. Stir well and bake covered in 400 degrees F preheated oven for 30 minutes. Add cream and cook 30 minutes longer. Mix with hot pasta and serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
