Method
Grease a 9" x 13" pan. Arrange bread crumbs on bottom. Coarsely shred corned beef. Layer beef over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk and pepper until blended. Pour over corned beef mixture. Cover with foil.
Refrigerate several hours overnight.When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake covered for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until puffed.
Yield: 9 servings.
