1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened8 oz smoked salmon, coarsely chopped1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped or 1 Tbsp dried dillweed2 Tbsp green onion, minced1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp hot pepper sauceSesame crackers or cocktail rye bread
Combine all ingredients except crackers and bread in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Serve as an appetizer spread for crackers or cocktail rye bread.
