Method
Prepare dressing: combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano and rosemary.
For each serving: portion 1-1/2 cups salad on lettuce-lined plate.
In large bowl, blend orzo, salmon, bell peppers, tomatoes, olives and green onion.
Pour over dressing and sprinkle on cheese; stir to combine.
