Heat oil in large skillet. Add potatoes; cook over medium heat 3 minutes.

 

Add sausage cook 3-4 minutes or until browned, stirring constantly. Stir in eggs, red pepper and green onions. Cook 3-5 minutes or until eggs are set.

 

Spoon onto center of softened tortillas. To fold, bring top and bottom edge of tortillas toward center; fold sides toward center, slightly overlapping. Serve with salsa.
