Method
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, brushing oil over entire surface of skillet. Spread 6 oz of dip evenly over entire surface of one tortilla. Sprinkle cheese over dip. Place in sauté pan and cook open faced for 2 minutes with pan covered.
Top with second tortilla and turn. Cover pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
Slice each tortilla into 4 wedges and serve with assorted toppings, such as salsa, guacamole or sour cream.
