Method
Butter slices of bread. Spread each with 3 to 4 oz of dip. Top with a portion of the caramelized onions.
Lay 1 to 2 slices of cheese over the onions. Sprinkle with a portion of the red pepper.
Place under broiler on over low flame for 3-4 minutes until cheese bubbles and dip is hot.
Serve immediately.
