Method
Combine red vinegar, balsamic vinegar, garlic and oregano. Whisk in olive oil. Pour over olives and let marinate for at least 24 hours.
Drain off marinade. Pour half over prawns and let marinate for at least 1 hour. Drain and grill over an open fire or pan fry.
Boil tortellini according to package directions, drain and pour remaining marinade over hot pasta and let stand at least 30 minutes.
Spear two hot grilled shrimp and two room temperature tortellini alternately with two olives on 12 inch skewers. Serve immediately.
