Smoked Salmon Fettuccine

Smoked Salmon Fettuccine

Delicious smoked salmon tossed with spinach linquine and covered with a creamy alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp butter
1/2 zuchini, cut into small strips
1 Tbsp finely chopped shallots
1 tsp finely chopped parsley
2 cups heavy cream
4 oz cubed Madronna Market Smoked Salmon
Lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
1 oz Parmesan cheese
8-12 oz fettuccine pasta, cooked

Method

Saute butter, zucchini, shallots and parsley until tender. Do not overcook, or your sauce will turn brown. Add cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let sauce reduce until thick in consistency. Add smoked sockeye and parmesan cheese. Add cooked pasta, stir and seve.
