Method
Combine Breakfast Cubes and chicken in a full steam table pan (20" x 12" x 2").
Combine white sauce and cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Add half of the cheddar cheese; stir until melted. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle remaining cheese over mixture.
Heat at 300 degrees F (convection oven) for 30 minutes or 325 degrees F (conventional oven) for 35 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Serve topped with green onions.
