Method
In bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat sugar and margarine until creamy. At medium speed, blend in molasses, egg and yogurt until smooth.
Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into molasses mixture with carrot, walnuts and raisins.
Drop dough by Tbsp about 2" apart onto greased and floured baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet; cool on wire rack.
Blend powdered sugar and water until smooth. Drizzle icing over prepared cookies and sprinkle with additional chopped nuts.
