4 oz Lamb-Weston Original CrissCut
Louisiana hot sauce, to taste
2-3 oz melted cheddar cheese sauce
1 oz sliced Jalapeno peppers
Method
Fry CrissCuts according to package directions until golden brown and crisp.
Place Presentation: In a paper boat, arrange hot fries. Sprinkle with hot sauce.
Ladle cheese sauce over; sprinkle on jalapeno slices and serve.
